Through a barage of magical tricks and dozens of lovely emails, your favorite friends, lovers and DJs "The Moustache Men" have landed our first print magazine interview this week, in super dope Swiss publication, Kinki Magazine. Classi Assi, New Money and F.U.N.K. shot the shit with Matthias (editor-in-chief) on many subjects including touring, the functions of a dj and how to grow the perfect moustache. LOVE DISCO STYLE One Year Anniversary!

It's been a year since intrepid, handsome and modest dj's Bain Magique and yours truly, F.U.N.K. began bringing supple funk and boogie grooves to the people of MTL.

Countless sweaty dance floors and vodka soda's later we are happy to celebrate our one year anniversary with special guest the OG RUBY JANE! This lady brings the funk on the regular to spots all over the east, and in our minds, is a pillar of the funk scene in MTL - NOT TO BE MISSED!

If you are in the city this Saturday, June 27th, then come celebrate the FUNK at Vinyl Lounge, 2109 Bleury - 10pm. No Cover.

Here's the Facebook ish: Smile!

Plus a little gift from me to y'all:

Also, if you haven't already copped it, grab our new summer bbq mix:

Chillin' Illin' & Grillin' - Music To BBQ To

Moustache Men + Faction Soundcrew = Zen and the Art of Barbeque

It's almost summertime and it's time for everyone's favourite summer activity - BBQ!

Barbecuing is a true Zen art. It is the essence of simplicity, forcing one to revel in the moment, examine ones senses, and be mindful of ones surroundings.

With this essence in mind, five brave dj's set out to create the perfect selection of music to complement, nigh enhance the barbeque experience...

The Moustache Men (Classi Assi, New Money + F.U.N.K.) and Faction Soundcrew (DJ Tanner + DJ Arems) are pleased to present:

In Association with Circa, Shine Nightclub, and FRANK 151
